Sadly, it is a darn near 100% accurate divination tool for predicting what he will do in any given situation.
I also imagine it pretty much goes that way. I don’t think he has the intestinal fortitude, or intelligence, to come up with his own message. She’s got him under her thumb.
Who’s to say he hasn’t? They get their expertise, their intel, and their supplies from somewhere. Money is behind these ‘people’-and I use that term loosely.
