Clarence House's internal rivalries have led to a former staffer calling the Prince of Wales's base "Wolf Hall", says a new biography of the prince.

The Times reports that the book documents "common and bloody" turf wars between Prince Charles' staff.

Author Catherine Mayer claims in Charles: Heart of a King that in-fighting thwarted a deal to streamline his charity operations.

He would be a really awful king which is why he shouldn’t be.

He betrayed his family with horse face, he prattles on stupidly about miserable architecture, he never had a job or balanced a book, no he would not be a good king. The dude is a narcissist, no account, no talent nothing.

It’s entirely possible Prince Charles doesn’t know about this. This sort of disfunction is the responsibility of the person in charge of running the household (and the last person he’d want to know about this is Charles). Or, it could just be one whining person making it all up.

Not a chance. Princess Di complained to Prince Charles about these problems and herself being shut out of the Prince’s life.

One of the gossip rags says he has been having ‘relations’ with a multitude of women and it will kill the queen. LOL as if she would not know from their Intelligence group.

Here is a longer article giving a somewhat more balanced account of the new biography to come. It says the biographer interviewed more than 50 of his associates.

It seems likely that the crown is desperate to rehabilitate Charles' image, which may never recover from the Diana scandal, not even to mention his support of religious mulitculturalism in a nation fast losing its identity to sharia in its midst.

PR agents of "The Firm" have their work cut out for them, if the negative trend of the article’s comments section is to be taken at all as an indicator.

He is not fit. He is mean. People with food obsessions are selfish and narcissistic, it is a warning sign to me.

Food obsessions are manageable in individuals; in people with power, I'll admit, they can be dangerous.

But it's the "Defender of Faiths" thing that is the real problem. The infiltrating "faith" is completely incompatible with Western values, and can only end in more scenes like the one where Lee Rigby was slain without mercy in broad daylight steps from his army post. Yet Chaz persists in being the liberal progressive about it.
