John Bachtell, chairman of the National Committee of the Communist Party USA, has penned a 2,000-plus-word essay explaining to his True Believers why the party has chosen to use the Democrats as its vehicle. Eric Owens of the Daily Caller noticed and excerpted some of the gems from the cant-laden prose, but let me offer my own summary.

This is good news. Tea party activism has forced the Democrats to move to the right and become aligned with the slightly less radical CP USA.

It has been going on since the 1930s and the days of Alger Hiss and Harry Dexter White.
The date on this article should be 1968 - 1971, not the present. I mean, what has been going on for the last 4 decades, anyway?
