......just days after the American electorate gave Republicans strong majorities in both chambers of Congress, President Obama thumbed his nose at several million voters by issuing an executive order effectively granting amnesty to 5 millionplus immigrants residing in the United States illegally. That lawless action was, naturally, supported by Attorney General Eric Holder, whose primary contribution as head of the Department of Justice for six years has been to grant specious legal imprimatur to the presidents various usurpations of legislative power.
Loretta Lynch, U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York, nominated to be Mr. Holders replacement, has proven herself equally unfit for the office. That some Senate Republicans seem prepared to swiftly confirm her to office is an abnegation of their November mandate and, even more important, their constitutional duty.

National Review is right.
The GOP has one (1) goal.
MAINTAIN THE EXEMPTIONS from ObamaCARE and all Laws
for themselves, their staff and their families.
For they are above all others. Smarter. Richer. Wiser.
Indeed. Good to see the NR can still get one right from time to time.
She’s made it clear that she has no intent to enforce laws she doesn’t like.
The nominee for the post of Attorney General says illegal immigrants have the right to work. If so, why do we citizens need Social Security numbers? Why do we need to pay income taxes and FICA? Let’s all go the ‘illegal’ way!
Seems the new GOP motto is:
"SUCKERS!"
The stoopid party will effe it up.
“Resist, we much.”
The Republicans like to talk about separation of powers but in reality they’ve bought into the progressive notion of an imperial presidency. Loretta Lynch shouldn’t be confirmed because she believes Obama’s executive power grabs are constitution. It’s time for the GOP to make an actual stand against Obama and you know they’re not going to.
Resist, we much, we must, and we will much, about that, be committed.

Put the Lynch nomination on the heads of those who “sat out” the last election out of petulance...
Resist Loretta Lynch? Since it only takes 31 votes to confirm, I predict she will get between 51 and 60.
As the Republicrats defiantly told us during the G. W. Bush administration; “Presidents have the right to get their nominees confirmed.”
Yes they are right she shouldn’t be Attorney General she’s not qualified. But Odummy will keep nominating hard-core leftists until someone gets in there. It’s the nature of the beast.
What Republicans should do is grill her hard on every issue and then confirm her nomination with the barest of majorities possible. And have the ones voting for her be guys who are leftists in elephant clothing anyway, like Orin Hatch and John McCain.
Cruz and the other real conservatives there should stay far afield. Let the CINO’s go on record voting for her. It’s not like it’ll hurt them.
Resist we much.
The “Lynch mob” mentality is still at work in the upper reaches of the Current Regime. By NOT confirming this Affirmative Action imposter of a legal scholar, we are saddled with keeping Eric Holder on in the position for a while longer, while we already know what damage he has done and is capable of. But to put a new source of vituperation and scorn in his place, is only to invite grief from new and unknown quarters.
And there are a LOT of laws this one does not like. She is Black Panthers Auxiliary, and would not only fail to ever bring any prosecution upon them, she would integrate them with a wing of the “investigative” branch of DOJ.
OOPS! Wrong Key: 51 not 31 to confirm.
Coffee hasn’t kicked in yet.
Lynch and Eric the Holder’s wife, Sharon, have VERY close ties. Can you say Ultimate Cronyism?
Who is Sharon Malone? aka Sharon Holder

REPUBLICANS, you got the congress! So put a stop to these delusional munchkins that the false king keeps nominating.
So far, of all the elections that have been the GOP's to lose, they haven't failed. Not since Gen. Jubilation T Cornpone* has defeat been snatched from the jaws of victory with such regularity.
