Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has started a political committee to fund his plan to "test the waters" for a potential 2016 presidential run.
The organization, called Security Through Strength, has a new website that highlights how Graham "has earned a reputation as a conservative problem-solver and one of the strongest proponents of a robust national defense."
