If Di had read the bill before commenting on it, not a democrat characteristic, she'd know the sanctions go into effect only if an agreement isn't reached. Carrot, stick. Alternately she may know full well no agreement will be reached.

Yet the senior member of the Jewish Democrats whom the ‘’Israel Lobby’’ bought and paid for in order to support Israel — Diane Feinstein — is leading the pro-Iran, anti-Israel faction in the Senate on the Iran sanctions issue, and her fellow ‘’Israel Lobby’’ benefactors are most likely in her corner.
This is beyond ‘’highly inappropriate.’’
The lowest circle of Dante’s hell is occupied by traitors who, according to Wikipedia, ‘’are distinguished from the “merely” fraudulent in that their acts involve betraying a special relationship of some kind.’’ That is the very definition of what Diane Feinstein is doing by stabbing her pro-Israel benefactors in the back by denouncing a visit to Congress by the Israeli prime minister.
And Dianne Feinstein herself is the very definition of an evil old yenta.

Old Robert Byrd in his younger days was a member of the terrorist arm of the Dim party, but as a Senator he at least often stood up for the Senate as an institution. The lack of standing up for the institution of Congress by the Dim members today shows how ruthless and corrupt the Dims have become.
