The wife and I saw it on Friday. Excellent movie. NO one moved until the very end.

American Sniper is indeed playing like the (all due respect) second coming of The Passion of the Christ.

I say that Entertainment business is not a true business. Here's why:

We saw stories at the end of 2014 about how films weren't making so much money. It wasn't a good year.
I remember "The Passion of the Christ". It made a lot of money. It was very profitable. Did Hollywood start churning out good, respectable movies that would attract Christians? Of course not! Who needs to make money??
Now we have a patriotic movie honoring American soldiers. Will Hollywood make more of those movies? Of course not!! They aren't in the business to make money, you know!

I've seen the movie. Superior movie making. On a 4-star scale I'd give it FIVE stars.

It's destined to become an American "Classic."

I watched Million dollar Baby last night without a clue about the movie besides the boxing theme.
