Those of us in the IT industry have always known it. Stop H1B!
We have been overrun and outsourced to the point there are few jobs available to us now, not because our inabilities but because of big IT looking for throw away cheap labor.
They care only about the immediate return of dollars and not their on future, they will bury themselves as they have nearly buried the American worker.

One of the very few areas where Ted Cruz is very wrong, Jeff Sessions is very right.

Skill/Cost
Foreign labor is adequate all things considered. Domestic labor is far superior foregoing cost.
That said, I think it makes sense to balance imports and exports by whatever means.
