A Washington Metropolitan Police Department detective said in the documents obtained under the Freedom of Information Act by Judicial Watch and Legalinsurrection.com said there was ample evidence to charge the host, since fired and replaced by Chuck Todd.

Just like that guy who was arrested for having a shotgun shell rolling around in his trunk?
Most of us believe that Howdy Doody should have been able to legally open a case of magazines and use a firearm, all as props. to make whatever point he wanted to make.
But these lefty turds think `Animal Farm’ was an instructional manual: “Some pigs are more equal than others.” Howdy was special and making a point, see?
Another example: anti-gun `community activist’ Dewayne Ferguson entered a school strapped with a gun, it was spotted and reported and he was charged.
After a lot of stuhrm and drang over how Dewayne should be excepted due to his good intentions, Dewayne took a plea bargain and was sentenced to community service.
How much you wanna bet that community activist, anti-gun turd Dewayne has satisfied his sentence by simply going back to preaching against evil guns—while strapped?
"No charges because he was a nice guy."
I am sure that is what would happen to you or me in DC.
But let's go beyond that hypocrisy, and focus on why the District Attorney was afraid to bring charges.
If he had, the media would have circled the wagons and covered that story on cable channels 24/7.
Liberals, Democrats, and gun control fanatics would have had to answer why the "crime" of possessing a piece of stamped metal with a spring in it could send someone to prison for a decade and ruin their lives.
They didn't want that publicity and scrutiny.
It's OK to go after the little people and throw the book at them for an unconstitutional "law." The little person and his or her family having their lives destroyed would get little or no press coverage. But not the elite, and then power brokers would have had to explain themselves as to why even holding this inside some magic line on a map warrants such draconian police state persecution
Who cares ?
For the record, I have seen him interview Christians and Conservatives.
"Nice guy" is not description I would use. "Hostile nincompoop" is more apt.
why would they need permission to arrest gregory?
they had direct video evidence. like surveillance cam only way better.
this is just an excuse. they didn’t need anyone’s permission to make an arrest.
Its the old saying, never argue with people who buy ink by the barrel.
What?...and interfere with the reparation movement?
“The issue is never the issue. The issue is the revolution.”
