.....A Florida police chief suspended a sniper training program widely criticized for using mug shots of African-American men for target practice.
North Miami Beach Police Chief J. Scott Dennis said the department is investigating the program after a National Guard soldier discovered her brother's bullet-riddled mugshot at a gun range last month.

Local family in Miami is threatening to SUE THE CITY because a PAPER TARGET with a family member's mug shot.
Funny how not much noise is made when kids use ACTUAL HUMAN BEINGS, sometimes cops, as targets.

I agree with the decision. Training cops to pull the trigger on certain suspects prejudices them to shoot them in particular if they ever encounter such people in real life. Suppose the training is so good that such people are simply shot on sight, even if they are just standing there.

after Sgt. Valerie Deant found the mug shot of her brother, Woody Deant So a black female cop finds that her BROTHER's mug shot was used for target practice and screams "racism" to the press. Great. Makes you wonder if the Miami police department is making the right hiring choices.
