I used to live about two blocks from this place.

The neighborhood is all two family homes. Back in the day, they were owner on the first floor, tenant or kid on the second.

Now, they are almost all absentee owners. It used to be a nice lower middle class, post office or factory worker.

This is a downright shame.

I'm curious about the out of state EBT card part. I realize that Massachusetts is geographically a very small state, but isn't Springfield at least 50 miles from any other state? As I recall, it is near the geographical center of Massachusetts, isn't it?

Are the rules on EBT card usage more strict in the slackard's home state?
