Have any lessons been learned in past debacles that could be brought to the benefit of US health care post Obama?

Doubtless the system needs to be “nursed back to health” once it has been freed of having to be Frankenstein’s monster. In a large sense the US government buggered the private resources that comprised the system, it ought to now be liable for making things right. But not by making it even leftier.

Yes. The Government should be held accountable for this wide scale destruction. I agree with you.

I would hate to see the remedial costs assigned to the taxpayer, though. (Sigh).

It is a dilemma of monstrous proportions.
