Nearly all infrastructure funding and approval should be stripped from the feds as well. Why the hell is it the business of the rest of the country if my state builds a bridge or pipeline?
If the great lake states agree to allow directional drilling under the lakes, it should be our decision, not the rest of the country.

After all, in 2009-2010, the Feds were given almost $1 trillion dollars to fix infrastructure, plus an annual $250 billion highway pork bill.
And we’re still taking about failing infrastructure.
I heard Rubio on Sean Hannity today.
He was talking about taking federal money, and giving it in block grants to the states, so the states could do all kinds of creative wonderful things with it.
Sean never asked him: Where the hell is the federal government going to be getting this money?
The obvious answer: by taxing the PEOPLE who live in the STATES.
The money should never go to Washington in the first place!
Even Ted Cruz hasn’t brought up the REAL ISSUE of the two Bush administrations, and the Clinton and Soetoro administrations: The Muslim Brotherhood and the Saudis are ruling the United States.
The concept of taxing “income” is antithetical with freedom.
We go through that much in three years, buying everything from China, where it is manufactured.
America needs to re-industrialize.

NO “FLAT TAX” if by that is meant an income tax. It will not remain flat. Look at the monster we have now—all of which has grown like a cancer from the 1986 tax code.
The FAIR Tax is the way to go. And the 16th Amendment MUST be repealed, FIRST.

Infrastructure funding is a baited hook. The states will do as the feds demand or they won’t get their money back.
Obama would only agree to approving the new customs plaza in Detroit if Rick Snyder was willing to give $150 million of the money to union pension funds. Snyder said no thanks and ordered the project started without approval.
Dirty little secret, free traitors love income taxes and, by default, the IRS.
