No, it's not. This is silly. Dearborn is one of the safer, nicer parts of greater Detroit. It's not even comparable to the true no-go Muslim areas of Europe, which are poverty-infested ghettos.
We have an entirely different dynamic in America than Europe. Unlike France, Britain, and Germany, Arab Muslims here tend to be relatively peaceful, law-abiding and entrepreneurial. They're not the ones torching cars on Halloween.

This is a bogus chart. This is a self report of the mosques on how many people are full time members. For example Lewiston main has many thousands more Islamic residents than the 308 claimed as members
When my husband retired, we couldn’t get out of Dearborn fast enough. The Muslim population looked upon us uncovered women as dirt. I got to the point I would not go out very often and spent as much time away as possible. There were streets where you couldn’t tell what they were as the signs were not in English but in Arabic. Yes, there are zones where we were not welcome. I have been trying to tell people this since we left Dearborn in 2007. I am sure it is worse now.
