Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula directed the attack against the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo in Paris “as revenge for the honor” of Islam’s Prophet Muhammad, a member of the group told The Associated Press on Friday.

Interesting to read about the delayed admission to the attack due to security reasons. I wonder if they had to move assets before the admission. Also heard on Fox that AQAP has had at least four plots to attack the U.S. over that last 5 years.
