Kenyan bastard. The GOP really needs to try to man up before it’s too late.

There will be criminal background checks but only on crimes committed in the United States

And just think. Eventually they will also be given citizenship, we know that's where this leads.

So clean background, citizen, no convictions for illegal entry, tax evasion, identity fraud, working without permit prior to being amnestied...and they are part of a victim minority entitled to Affirmative Action. So, no reason not to have a government job...like being in the police.

No reason at all.

Meanwhile, Americans with parking tickets will be crossed off the list.

Great deal, huh? Being a foreign criminal in America means you got privileges.

0bama still thinks the US is one country not a union of individual states. He believes that the US is the same size of France or England.

"In case anyone was still wondering if America still has a viable constitution.................."

As mentioned in related threads, and with all due respect to mom & pop, as a consequence of parents not making sure that their children are being taught about the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers as the Founding States had intended for those powers to be understood, state “leaders” are probably clueless about arguing the following point against Obama’s constitutionally indefensible actions concerning immigration.

Simpy put, and PC interpretations of both the Constitution’s Uniform Rule of Naturalization (1.8.4) and the slavery clause (1.9.1) aside, the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate immigration, immigration uniquely a 10th Amendment-protected state power issue. So Obama actually has no constitutionally defensible federal immigration laws to pardon imo.

You can’t draw SS unless you’ve paid into the system. Of course, that’s the way it is for Americans. I don’t know about Mexicans.

There can be only one reason for this man’s actions. It is to destroy this nation. And there are so many people complicit. I’ll start with the Bushes.

This says social security will run out of money by 2016? Incorrect. Current estimate is outflows will exceed inflows in 2027. of course I doubt that includes the additional drag produced by illegals claiming SS

The states claim they have the legal right to challenge the executive order because they have to spend “hundreds of millions of dollars on health, education and law-enforcement programs”

I would like to remind the States that the KELO DECISION gives them the absolute authority to begin siezing Private Property, beginning with FEDERAL OFFICIALS, Then Federal Employees and so on...

The Muslim Dictator is taking direct orders from Soros who receives his orders from Satan. He will not listen to a predominantly white Christian population.

Why should states continue to obey the edicts of a lawless president that Congress refuses to impeach and convict?

Urgent: Obama Tells States They Can’t Block His Immigration Order

Sure they can. And what's he going to do if they decide to go ahead and block it? Invade them, with a military of which only 15% support him, and most actively despise him?

Good luck with that, Jugears.

Sure we do. I just saw the members of the House reading it. And they really acted like they believed in it. /sarc/
