Busy today, but I just had to post this as reference on the IQ of the national left.

My theory is because the terrorists were scofflaws, and lacked respect for the law, but of course that is just one of those wild guesses, based on the little knowledge that I have of them so far.

BTW, Howard dean also made this astute observation that need to be immortalized:

DEAN: And I think you got to deal with these people. The interesting thing here, is we talked about guns the last time in regarding the United States, regarding how guns get in the hands of the kind of people that kill the two police officers here two weeks ago. France has tremendous gun control laws, and yet these people are able to get Kalashnikovs. So, this is really complicated stuff, and I think you have to treat these people as basically mass murderers. But I do not think we should accord them any particular religious respect, because I don't think, whatever they're claiming their motivation is, is clearly a twisted, cultish mind.

But, but, but...

France has LAWS against murder! Why didn’t that stop the Charlie Hebdo massacre?!

As posted earlier, Israel has tough gun laws, but only because there is a draft and a giant reserve component, basically all Jewish adults have a rifle.

If this was pulled off in Tel Aviv, the shooters would have been Swiss cheese, not photographed shooting cops.

Indeed? Did the French Police not blow their whistles loud enough? How could this tragedy have occured?

I’m reminded of the beaten and battered ex-wife who gets a restraining order against her abusive ex husband. And as he returns to beat and choke her to death - she keeps waiving that restraining order in his face.

I guess when you are a true believer, like the WaPo, then you cannot comprehend the reality that people, especially criminals, do not care about laws. That’s why they are criminals......................

Funny how people bent on murder and mayhem aren’t deterred by laws or “Gun Free” zone signs.

It’s almost like they don’t care about the law or silly little leftist ideas on the way the world should work.

“WashPost Asks, With Straight Face: Why Didn’t Strict Gun Laws Stop Charlie Hebdo Massacre?”

Let’s see, an unarmed policeman begging for his life from an armed lunatic raghead.

Yeah, it’s a real conundrum.

Chicago has about the strictest gun laws in the nation. Chicago also has the most murders by guns.

Bammie’s per monkey; Holder was just in Chicago last month to be a part of a Summit on murders and them evil guns. Now he is flying off to gay Parree to do the same thing.

Meanwhile; teens keep getting killed by other teens. And muzzies keep wiping out the “infidels”.

“France has strict gun laws. Why didn’t that save Charlie Hebdo victims?”

It contributed to the massacre.

it’s worth noting that the evidence from the United States is far from clear, especially in shootings involving automatic weapons.

Gee. it’s been a while, can anyone remember when that
happened?? Anyone? Bueller?

As hard as it is to believe, it is actually true that criminals do not, in fact, obey the laws, of any country they happen to reside in!

Truth is indeed stranger than fiction.

The WaPo may be getting a clue......................

You know they also had a rocket launcher according to reports. Does France prohibit people from owning rocket launchers? If so, why did they have one? I mean they’re outlawed, right?

Let’s see, the Muzzies had AK-47’s. The French police were unarmed, as well as everyone else. Why can’t WaPo grasp the simple principle of lambs to the slaughter?

The same can be said about Switzerland where gun laws are strict but where many have guns at home, legally.
