Nebraska tends to be sensible
The emperor has a pen and a phone.
Now all the POTUS has to do is wait on proper review of the project....
That would be the Neb Supreme Court. YES!
Good news.
Obama doesn’t really give a damn about what the courts say. If they agree with him, he’ll use that as an excuse to circumvent liberty. If they disagree with him, he will issue executive orders defying their rulings.
Remember when the SCOTUS ruled against Team Obama on the Michigan affirmative action case? Eric Holder and Obama immediately said they would harass any college in Michigan that didn’t obey their whim.
Remember when SCOTUS defied Team Obama on the Voting Rights Act? Eric Holder and Obama immediately indicated they would still harass any state (especially southern ones) that got a complaint.
The law means NOTHING to someone is lawless. That is why gun laws do not stop crime, and it is why the Constitution does not stop Obama from spitting upon the Republic.
This project has been under review for the last five years. Geez we won World War 2 in less time than it has taken to study a pipeline project.
Nebraska Court Clears One Hurdle for Keystone Pipeline

The Nebraska Supreme Court ruled Friday against landowners challenging Keystone XL pipeline route through the state, possibly clearing a path for President Barack Obama to make a decision on the project that has been under review for more than six years.
Nebraskas highest court, in a split decision, threw out a lower-court ruling that had found a 2012 state law on pipeline oversight unconstitutional. The law passed by the state legislature gave Nebraskas governor the power to review and approve certain major pipelines, including Keystone XL. The judges sided with Nebraskas former Republican governor, Dave Heineman, in a ruling that said the state law must remain in place because a required supermajority of the court wasnt prepared to strike it down....
The ruling appeared to be the end of the case in a challenge brought by landowners. Four of the courts seven judges concluded the state pipeline law was unconstitutional, but state law requires five judges, or a supermajority, to reach that conclusion. Three judges on the court thought the landowners lacked standing to bring their case.
Easment negotiations have been ongoing in Nebraska through the past several years, infrastructure has been constructed for pumping stations, and over $2 billion worth of pipe and equipment have been purchased and are sitting in warehouses.
Other than Obama, few doubt the Keystone XL will be built, and the smart money says sooner rather than later.
It’s taken 5 years since they can’t find anything wrong with it. How many thousands of miles of pipelines do we have?
Pray America is waking
President Obama has made it clear he will veto the Keystone Pipeline. However, since so many democrats want it, and if the republicans all vote for it, there may be enough for a veto proof vote...one can only hope and pray.
It has been over SIX YEARS since backers of the Keystone XL pipeline first submitted an application to the U.S. State Department on September 19, 2008, to build this energy infrastructure project and bring jobs and greater energy security to America. Congress has demanded action — how much longer will President Obama make us wait?

More than 6 years.
Is Obama so beholden to his enviro wacko liberal base that he will veto a bill to build this pipeline? We will see.
Warren Buffet is on the phone reminding Obama how many tens of thousands he’s given to Democrats to keep his unsafe railroad cars rolling with oil from the Bakken.
He is the wacko liberal base.
Yes indeed. Owebowma is losing his “mojo”.
