Getting relief from extreme abdominal discomfort is impossible when the name “Jeb Bush” keeps popping up.

I have been reading that the others are running as blockers so Jeb Bush ends up as the candidate.

I think Jeb is in for a big surprise. He thinks the nomination is his by merely announcing.

Three words: Hillary Clinton, 2008.

I’ll bet 40% of Republicans wouldn’t vote for Jeb, or ANY Bush EVER again.

If Cruz gets in, the others might as well give up. The conservative base loves him and Sarah Palin will endorsed him immediately.

Helps my timetable, since if he wins the nomination, I can free up election day.

Oh, forgot, since bonehead retained his speakership, I was also planning a pretty free election day unless we got a good third party candidate.

Die, GOP, die.

Die, die, die.

Repeat.

And that may be an underestimation. It's probably higher than that.

Nicolle Wallace is dusting off her two week notice. Probably Dana Perino, too. They can’t wait to get back in the game.

“People are going to have to commit earlier than they had expected, because the recruitment not only of donors but of organizational and political talent is going to be going at a pretty fast pace.”

This is horse crap.

Nobody is lining up to back a LOSER like BUSH III.

The conservative base appears to have little sway over the GOP.

The conservative base does not get to vote for the Speaker; they do vote for the GOP candidate for President.

Because its size is over estimated. And the GOPe know it.

The speaker's race is but 1 of 1,000 examples in the last 10-20 years demonstrating how little the GOP think of its conservative base.

Not that it matters to me. I don't vote for liberals so there's very little attraction for me to today's GOP.

It would be a mistake to rush. Bush is unlikely to receive even as much support as Romney did. The real contenders should bide their time and save their dollars a bit longer.
