Legal eagle Alan Dershowitz is not taking the accusation that he bedded a teenage sex slave lying down.

The former Harvard Law School professor has filed a sworn statement in Miami federal court "to protect his reputation" against what he calls "outrageously false" and "contemptible" allegations.

Dershowitz also vowed to file disciplinary complaints against the attorneys representing his accuser, who has been identified as 30-year-old Virginia Roberts.

But before Dershowitz could, the lawyers — Paul Cassell and Bradley Edwards — sued him for defamation.

This is a serious aligation. So serious, that Congress needs to investigate- particularly about Bill Clinton’s involvement.

If Prince Andrew did interfere in our judicial process on behalf of Epstein, then that should be investigated as well.

Hillary must be chewing needles in an effort to stay calm.

This is a serious aligation.

Alligations in Florida are quite common, especially near water.

Will falsely accusing Dershowitz help the other cases fall apart?

One way they could pretend to investigate this case while protecting the elite snob perverts is to throw false accusations out to the point where nobody believes any of it.

Personally all this is to make sure Hillary doesn’t run. At least the American scandal part of it. Don’t know brit politics and since they’ve given immunity to the Royal Family involved not sure what the agenda there is.

Based on what I've read so far - subject to change, of course - I lean toward skepticism with regard to the Dershowitz allegation.

Either way, it looks like he's going for blood. He might blow this thing wide open.

Similar to the Cosby case? Is that why it really came out ?

It would be clever of Dershowitz to have an alibi for all the places he was not to hide the places he was.

He's an Obama-backer

So what's your point? All Obama-backers are therefore guilty of sex crimes?

In his defense, he's an "honest liberal." He wants gun control, but recognizes that getting it will require a constitutional amendment, since 2A is an individual right.

I am absolutely fine with that position. It's his right as an American to want to change the Constitution. And mine to oppose him. What I object to is those who want to remove the RKBA without going thru the amendment process.

"Foolish liberals who are trying to read the Second Amendment out of the Constitution by claiming it's not an individual right or that it's too much of a public safety hazard, don't see the danger in the big picture. They're courting disaster by encouraging others to use the same means to eliminate portions of the Constitution they don't like.” ― Alan M. Dershowitz
