As Ez pointed out in post 13: That said, the jury pool is filled with MA residents who trend liberal. I think he will not get sentenced to death.

I don't see the people of the Commonwealth putting this guy to death. They are too liberal.

Jurors for this trail will be people with time on the hands, in other words Romney's 47%.

No real conservative would want to stay away from their work for 3+ months. Getting out of serving on this jury would be a piece of cake. Just say what you feel.

Maybe. But liberals are also angry and vindictive, They hate this guy for what he did to the marathon. (Not so much for killing four people.)
