What work would she have to do?
No campaigning would be necessary, Boxer won by >10 points last time.
Show up in DC, take the oath, and enjoy the ride.

Because Toomey was stupid enough to collaborate with Manchin on gun control legislation, he will likely lose the conservatives who voted him in. I know he won't get my vote this time. Traitor.

Good points but she’s too lazy even for that.

She’d make Maxine Waters look like a genius, though.

Zero would encourage it so he could go to Hawaii and be with the boys.

I doubt Harry Reid has ever honestly won an election here in Nevada. There is always enough fraud committed on his behalf for him to squeak by. Nevada cannot rid herself of dingy harry. He is a cancer and a blight that will be with us until he shuffles off to the place that is prepared for him.

More wishful thinking by the same RAT media who missed the recent electoral tsunami.

He's going to have tough time stealing it this time because the Secretary of State and the legislature went Republican this election. If you live in Nevada be sure sure and lean on them to clean it up.

"Anybody heard any more about MooseChelle pulling a Hillary and running for senate in the year her husband’s POTUS term finishes up?"

It was just last year that the Obama's bought a retirement estate in Palm Springs without much curiosity from the media about why they aren't going back to the murder capital of the midwest.

Sarah Palin runs against Murcowski.. Lisa is toast..

Won't happen. The senate is too limiting for Palin.

Of the ten on the list, none of them would break my heart with their departure except maybe Rubio who still has some maturing to do and could be the solid Tea Party adherent that we once thought he might be.

2016 is the end of John McCain's current term, maybe the stars will align and we will get to his long awaited retirement.

Vote for Ted Strickland over Rob Portman? Strickland is an old man and the voters of Ohio tossed him out of the governor’s office after just one term.
Why would we elect another puppet for the Democrats?

McConnell’s majority leadership may be short lived, especially if the Republicans start bending and folding to Obama for the next 2 years.

Palin as Speaker of the House.. is the BIG LEAGUES..
Mike Lee as Senate majority Leader.. would be “Katie bar the door”..

No matter who the president is -or- isn’t..

I expect McConman to be the GOP pretzel along with the newly minted Senate GOP majority.

I’m not expecting him to be a profile in courage; he’s a politician after all.

Senator Pat Toomey of purple Pennsylvania has a lifetime American Conservative Union rating of 94.67 out of 100.

Of course, we could be utter morons and not vote for him because we were annoyed at him occasionally.

Then we would get another PA Senator Bob Casey, lifetime rating of 6.86.

Some Freepers will shred any candidate over 5% disagreement.

Although FR wasn’t around when Reagan was in office, LOL.

Some Freepers

Some? I think MOST.

If Ronald Reagan were running today, he would be denounced routinely on this board as a RINO, spineless, no gonads, GOPe, etc. etc. etc.

Please refer to Casey as the Senate Mannequin from PA. A grapefruit has more personality and charisma.

Only people interested in LOSING a Republican Senate seat in PA will toss a Toomey overboard.

Unfortunately I fear you are correct. for some on this board, it is impossible to please them.

The Toomey case is an example. One issue upsets these conservatives and they throw out the baby with the bathwater and allow a toad to replace the baby. Makes them feel pure, or something.
