He had to ask the authorities to provide him with an Islamic State flag. It's shades of the authorities who insist that there is no "knockout game" or "war on whites" because some of the playaz didn't follow all the "rules" of the game.
Yet one person kills an abortionist and ALL of the opponents of abortion are smeared as potential terrorists.
