Adding to the long-running saga of IRS dealings with conservatives, former Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell says the tax agency punished her mistakenly for the second time in five years by imposing an erroneous levy on her bank accounts. Ms. O’Donnell told The Washington Times she only discovered the levy when she couldn’t access her checking account as she was preparing to visit relatives over Thanksgiving. “The day before I was heading out of town for the Thanksgiving weekend, my bank told me the IRS had frozen my accounts. They didn’t give me reason why, just a phone number to call.’”

For the life of me, I can not understand why people do not run for political office on a platform stating they will abolish all these executive branch agencies, starting with the IRS. I mean... how insanely popular would it be if someone said... “this is your money that you earned and it is theft to take it from you... keep it”.
The IRS has been successfully weaponized by the left. Time to initiate a national sales tax and disband the IRS.

Joseph Farah of World Net Daily tried to sue them for auditing him and his organization four out of every five years for publishing stories reflecting badly on President Clinton and now Obama. Never really got anywhere.
Of all the reasons that the income tax MUST be replaced by the FairTax and the IRS ABOLISHED, this is probably the most egregious!
That a nameless (they DO NOT hve to tell you their real names!) faceless bureaucrat can lock up your bank accounts and empty them without taking any legal action or getting a judgement is INSANE!
The time is now to replace the income tax with the FairTax and abolish the IRS!
