It’s black privilege, don’t ya know.

Plenty of non-violent black prisoners out there. On a per capita basis, blacks also carry out more non-violent crime, whether it's blue or white collar. Few have the IQ to do what Allen Stanford or Bernie Madoff did, and their crimes are less likely to show up on Law and Order or TV movies on account of their schemes being depressingly stupid, but there are plenty of black fraudsters who are unlikely to resort to violence even if they resume their small time larcenous ways. No dead vics, no embarrassing headlines.

I doubt Huckabee subscribes to the idea that white privilege keeps the black man down. He's just got lousy judgment.

Who cares about the guns? The fact is, his family KNEW he was the killer, and took him in, dressed his wounds, etc.

Isn't that sufficient for "aiding and abetting" a murderer at least?

I remember when these sentences were handed down, and how LENIENT they were.

Plus how was THIS case conveniently NOT mentioned during the last couple of months.

Clemmons assassinated 4 cops.

Not while they were trying to violate his civil rights, not while he was resisting arrest, but while they were having coffee.

This POS simply went up to their table and shot them.

Not much earlier, another POS killed a cop sitting in his patrol car.

Starting to see a pattern?

THAT POS was caught, but not killed.
