I agree with this direct local blame laid, but I lay the majority of the blame on Obama and Holder because of the import they gave the Michael Brown event and Eric Garner (although there is some wrongful death blame to be laid there, IMO).
Had these two racists not given Federal Government aegis to protests, and ACTIVELY incited a populace not equipped to understand the real reasons behind the events (i.e., media, government, black icons purposely held them in ignorance and disbelief), perhaps this psycho thug would not have leaped to assassination as a last ditch effort after murder in another state.
Obama, Holder and Sharpton caused this. DeBlasio avidly helped.

The left can see a clear connection between an obscure map with crosshairs on it by Sarah Palin and the shooting of Gabby Giffords but see no connection between the demonization of police and calls for violence by Obama, Holder, and the left and the killing of 2 cops.
