I’d like to think so, but if you consider the populace to police ratio, it doesn’t take more than a moment to realize this is a serious problem.
Total insurrection in the Black communities will nearly shut down the police in major cities.
This is when the national guard gets called out and martial law in declared for everyone.
When this happens, all care will be given to make sure Blacks aren’t harmed no matter what they do, and Whites will be shot dead for self-inflicted paper cuts.
Not really. They just don't do their job. Piece of cake. See LA riots. If it gets big enough, the military will turn against the rioters.
