Total insurrection in the Black communities will nearly shut down the police in major cities.
This is when the national guard gets called out and martial law in declared for everyone.

According to Twitter the guy was heavily armed who came out of an apartment and went after policemen stationed in car. So much for a gun free zone. He shot them execution style and twitter is saying they died.
