I’m guessing that even before Cuba could become a real self-sustaining country it would have to come out from under control of communism. That will not happen.
What probably will happen though is that Obama will commit untold billions to rebuilding its infrastructure, support systems and the like, all the while importing those “freedom-seeking” troublemakers the government there wants to be rid of.
We will add more debt on top of debt, Obama will get more Democrats, and a Cuban Dictator will be partying in the White House with Odumbo and the Mooch to a Gala Concert by Gloria Estefan.
I would be afraid of investing money and work in Cuba and then they would nationalize it, as other rogue countries have done.
