A magazine that published a column by a University of Michigan professor titled "It's Okay to Hate Republicans" said late Thursday that it had crafted that headline without her knowledge and had swapped it for the original one, "We Can't All Just Get Along."
In These Times also said in an Editor's Note that after the professor protested, saying the new title was not representative of her piece or its main points, it had restored the original one and had "also removed from the Comments section all threats to the author's life and personal safety."

Sorry. I don't believe there were "threats". Those on the political right are not the "threatening" type. That's the left's schtick.
They probably removed the comments that pointed out what a disgusting POS she is, and those that further pointed out that she undoubtedly isn't qualified to be a college professor.

Let’s just say, you won’t get Prof. Susan Douglas (Bette Davis eyes), mixed up with Donna Douglas (aka Elie-May).

I’ll bet that’s a lie.
It would be appropriate for the governor, who happens to be a Republican and who happens to be a U of M alum with three degrees from the school, to come out with a similar statement. Dittos for the Republicans on the U of M Regents.
Was wondering since this story came out which publication would stoop so low as to print it. Now I see it's "In These Times." Never heard of it, but a background check on its editor and publisher might be very revealing for ultraleft connections.
Looks like its coming up on the Meagan file on FOX in a few.
I wonder if it would kill us to just debate the issue instead of instantly launching into these ad hominem attacks?
I read what she said and it was indeed indicative of what she wrote.
