The first family is returning to Hawaii for their seventh straight Christmas vacation, a 17-day break President Obama is “eagerly looking forward to.”
The White House has announced that the president and his family with depart Washington on Friday and is expected to return Jan. 4.
“On Friday, the first family will depart the White House en route to Honolulu, Hawaii — a flight that I know the president himself is eagerly looking forward to,” said spokesman Josh Earnest.

You’re welcome, Obama. So glad we can pay for this for you and your horde. It warms our hearts this year as we ex-middle class have to buy used toys for our kids and hope we have food money for the last week of the year. Go all out. Make sure every bit of your entourage has a smashing good time at your Hawaiian mansion, so we might see it in the news and be joyful at the sight.
Unreal, what is this, literally his 10th vacation of the year? I know he was taking one every month and then he stopped for a couple months, so it’s got to be around 10. How would you like that job, 9 weeks of vacation and then a 3 week one at the end of the year for a total of 3 months vacation time or 1/4 of the year you don’t have to work, if can call going to a meeting for an hour a day work, and you get an unlimited expense account.
I hope he just stays there and we set the island adrift.

I think I recall his mother-in-law, who partially raised him, conveniently died on Nov. election day in 2008, when Obama became president-elect and took office in January, 2009.
Not alot of vacations for me this year, too busy working.

we don’t want him here , his presence screws up Honolulu traffic , causes lost air space throughout the Holidays , closes nice beaches and is an insult to our Hawaii Marines . Go somewhere else for a change . How about Aruba ?
