The ever-growing list of Bill Cosby accusers has just grown by one, with model Beverly Johnson telling Vanity Fair that Cosby drugged her in the mid-'80s.
According to Johnson, the incident occurred during an audition for “The Cosby Show.”

The only woman that disgraced comic Bill Cosby admits cheating with has come forward to accuse him of drugging and raping her too.
Shawn Brown says the rape happened despite her being willing to have sex with him.
‘Looking back, I think it was probably because I wasn’t as freaky in bed as he liked without being drugged,’ three-times-married Brown told MailOnline in an exclusive interview at her home in San Antonio,Texas.
If there is a criminal case, I’d like to see it filed. If there is a civil case, she needs to present evidence in court (and I’m okay with her trying if she thinks she can prove it). Otherwise, I don’t have much interest. Whether Cosby is guilty seems like a voyeurism/gossip question rather than a relevant issue in my life.
If it’s true, it’s not piling on.
There have now been a few high profile people that have come forward.
So there is a name, a place and a date for this one....

This, I am afraid may be a true tipping point for many black folks. Beverly Johnson was one of the first black top fashion models in the 60’s. She was extremely famous back then. On the covers of Ebony, Jet, and other black periodicals. For her to say this, when she is already quite rich is stunning. It makes me sad.
The only way Bill Cosby can save some portion of his career is to own up to the crimes. America can be very forgiving to someone who admits their sin and appears to be sufficiently contrite. If he persists in this Royal Silence, the invitations to speak with him will sink very quickly. I think Cosby still believes he won’t have to face this head on by an admission. As this subterfuge has worked for him for the last, what? fifty years or so. If Cosby does simply sink and slink away into obscurity, one might expect that in the next two or three years, you will hear about the Cosby’s getting a divorce. This is too much. Some of these charges are probably true.

It’s pretty clear he gets off on having sex with women who are helpless and can’t fight back.
I can’t defend him, nor can I prosecute him. I don’t know if what is stated really happened or not.
I can, however say that it seems to me that if I were THAT affected by these actions now, some 15 or 20 years later, that I certainly would have reported the drugging within hours of waking up. There are probably very few drugs that will have that kind of an instant affect and that won’t leave a trace. I go to the dentist and feel the affects of the anesthetic for at least a day.
And unless something is put into me via an IV I generally find it takes quite a while to work - and even then I am aware of my surroundings.
How come none of these women died? What drug is this that can do what they claim it does? Is it totally tasteless, no color, no odor?
And in many cases these women maintained ongoing relationships with the man.
If it DID happen there can be no defense. But I smell something not right in theses stories.

Beverly Johnson had what we called an “Exotic” look back then. Now I recognize that physique as similar to how Somalis are put together. I don’t know if that is her heritage or not.
Now ... without some kind of legal action, it is just smearing.
And if just smearing, the question arises ... why?
The past twenty years have shown victims they can come out years later and get satisfaction by exposing their victimhood .... but the Cosby accusers have held back until now and they assault en-mass
I'm not pro nor con Cosby at this time, but I suspect what is happening in the way it IS.
Without all this weird stuff .. which is relatively new news ... Cosby has been a funny guy, likeable personality and a harsh critic of young black males .
