Darn the luck. Just when Rolling Stone was counting all the cash they expected to roll in from all the free publicity.
Ah, well. Better luck next time, RS.

Jackie is now starting to pay for her lies. Lies can get expensive.

Worried about lawsuits, apparently.

Jackie’s friends have strong grounds for a lawsuit against Rolling Stone since the article depicted them as not wanting Jackie to report the rape so as to maintain good standing with the frats.

With newspapers so eager to report “republican rapists” stories they should be lawyering up too
When is Zimmerman going to sue MSNBC for their “St. Trayvon” coverage?

Trying to get ahead of being sued by the fraternity for slander. “Jackie” has gone too far this time, her constant lies could break her family financially.

Forget “Jackie”. Use this as an opportunity to destroy that liberal rag “Rolling Stone” and it’s operatives.

Those fraternity men should sue Rolling Stone magazine, that “Jackie” liar, the University of Virginia in general and that fat liberal “president” of the university, for starters.

Were I a plaintiff successfully suing her for libel, slander and malicious negligence, besides a life crippling punitive monetary award I would insist on the sworn promise of her not writing anything publishable for the rest of her life. That’s what I’d do.

Is that a real lawyer? Or did she copy some lawyer photos from Facebook and catfish up a lawyer?
She needs a psychiatrist more than a lawyer. One that can be in the same room with her. Not another figment.

It is unlikely she will have any assets of her own as a college student, so she is probably judgment-proof unfortunately.

She needs to pay for her false witness.
IMO, any proven false witness should be subject to the same penalty that the accused would have suffered if convicted of the accusation.
