Gender equality must guide 2015 climate deal, U.N. envoy says

LIMA (Thomson Reuters Foundation) - Gender equality must be a key part of a new global climate change deal due to be reached in Paris next year even though achieving it will be a struggle, U.N. climate envoy Mary Robinson said on Tuesday.
The former Irish president said the 2015 agreement should drive climate policies that take both women's and men's needs into account and must include gender equality as a guiding principle.

I’m not sure which to be more concerned about: that these charlatans are inserting “gender equality” into their scam, or they will be meeting next year to impose more controls on all of us.
I think the racial component is a much bigger deal. Rich white folks living out in the suburbs in huge homes, driving everywhere in their gas guzzlers. Compared to the urban black community living in eco-friendly multi-family dwellings, riding earth-friendly mass transit within sustainable neighborhoods.

Uh, sure. And make sure trying Darren Wilson before a UN kangaroo court is a guiding principle too.
Actually, the elderly and the young will be disproportionately affected as well. And people of color too, no doubt. In fact, only white males won’t be affected that much. That is, unless the UN takes action to reduce the chances of white males surviving CLIMATE CHANGE too handily!
