Media Matters, the facts and me
Fox News ^ | December 9, 2014 | John R. Lott, Jr.

With just one telephone call this year, Erik Wemple of the Washington Post was able to convince Media Matters to let me respond to their attacks on me in the comments section of their website — after they ignored my emails, telephone calls, numerous tweets and posts for seven years.

Media Matters purports to correct misinformation that the “conservative” media puts out, but, ironically, they have systematically hidden comments critical of their work from their readers. They have a blog where it appears that conservatives and others can respond, but they don’t tell their readers that they have regularly removed responses that they couldn’t answer.

Media Matters is tax exempt because it has promised to stay out of partisan politics.

Have a nice day. :)

It has always been an aim of most liberals to silence opposing views. If those with opposing views cannot be silenced, then the next step is to completely destroy them.

I have learned that the best way to send liberals into apoplectic fits is not to argue with them, but to just to persistently ask them rational questions about their beliefs and ask further logically flowing questions based on their answers. It will make their heads spin.

Media Matters uses a hit-and-run strategy: Attack, and move on to the next attack. They never acknowledge responses, even those published in major media.

Standard lefty propagandist practice. Facts will be ignored and authoritative conservative voices will be silenced to keep the liberal fantasy bubble inflated.

This sort of thing is so commonplace that it must be tempting for Dr. Lott to ignore it, but I thank him for documenting the depths to which Media Matters sinks.
