The Staten Island man who took the cellphone video seen around the world of a cop killing Eric Garner with a chokehold said Thursday the grand jury was rigged. “I think they already had their minds made up,” Ramsey Orta told the Daily News a day after the panel voted not to charge Officer Daniel Pantaleo with a crime.

How ‘bout the guys in the pizza shop, the homeless bag lady or the bicycle messenger that passed the scene? Have we asked them what they think about the case?
I’m thinking NYPD and it’s Democrat masters were way too interested in making an example of bootleg cigarette sellers. I also think the NYPD police union has some serious goombah behind it.
Liberals like to blame Grand Juries these days.
This man didn’t look at all the evidence they heard and saw for themselves.
And of course the cops were white and the defendant was black.
If it was the reverse, black cops would get away with it. Every one knows it.
I just clicked on the Yahoo home page, and it is almost completely dominated with stories about racial tensions, etc. Is Helter Skelter here, folks?

If nullification was good enough for OJ, it’s good enough for Garner.
Don’t blame the cops.
If you don’t like the law on cigarette smuggling, get it changed or repealed.
But that doesn’t give one standing to break the law.

1. Don’t break laws
2. Don’t fight, attack, or attempt to kill a Police officer.
I hope this lesson has been helpful, and at no additional charge I’d like to point out that being white, black, purple, green, plaid, etc. HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT.
It also doesn’t require that cops murder a guy breaking the law who was unarmed and not being combative with them.

So in NAZI Germany when two officers came for 100 Jews to take them out to the woods to murder them for no reason you’re saying they should not have resisted, am I correct.
I agree 100%. They way the NYPD officers tried to subdue Garner made you wonder if Garner was an armed and dangerous criminal at the time. Correct procedure or not, the subduing procedure was ridiculous overkill and the NYPD is asking a lot of questions on why it had to end up with this tragedy.
