An Irvington employee contends in a lawsuit that Township Mayor Tony Vauss forced her to have sex with him last June in a municipal office.
The employee claims she told Vauss no twice, but he wedged her against a desk and performed the sex act, according to a lawsuit she filed last month against Vauss and the township.
She alleges the sex act was part of an ongoing pattern of sexual harassment by Vauss, the lawsuit states. She claims the harassment occurred before and after Vauss was elected mayor in May.

The law doesn’t apply to Obama, so why should it apply to him?
If true, that wouldn’t be sexual harassment, it would be rape.
Seems more likely she screwed the boss, tried to blackmail him somehow and he made it a “he said, she said” instead..
I would prefer that women file criminal charges against these rapists immediately. Failing that, I would prefer to see concealed carry solve the problem (permanently), but this was NJ, where, thanks to the Democrat war on women, women are not allowed to defend themselves. Still, there is always the “ice pick” option. It worked for Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct, and it would be a fine ending for a predatory politician.
All of those options are better than a lawsuit, since they protect other women from becoming future victims. I’m ambivalent, at best, about most civil lawsuits, including this one.
Oh, those fun-loving DIMocRATs. But was it rape rape?
No big deal, a liberal mayor rapes a liberal lawyer, so what she and those she adored rape taxpayers every day.
Marion Barry Defense?
Bush-Baskette, hmmmm wonder if Barbara knows about this?
While that may be true in this case- you have no idea how often guys grab women - in the office, in elevators, and anywhere there are no witnesses around.
Decent me think other men have their values and behave the way they would. A lot of men don’t have those good values. Either that or they just can’t control themselves.
oops
Decent me should be Decent men!!
White politician, black lawyer?
Sounds like blatant racism to me. / someone get big Al on the phone.
She doesn’t look like someone who anybody with choices would have any desire for.
Actually politicians are some of the worst. But they get away with it. Ask any gal who has worked on the hill.
Just diddling the help that Bill Clinton didn’t get to.
Not to be a nit-picking Language Cop, but the description seems to be one of “rape” rather than “sexual harassment”.
What is all the excitement for? This is only another Democrap building his resume for elective office!
