How do you square that with this report from the Daily Mail:

What I read was that the gun was tested. The washing of Wilson’s hands means nothing other than he is entitled to seek treatment for his wounds in a sterile environment. Wilson’s hands would reveal NOTHING about the case.

Brown’s bully ways are recorded on video in the store. There were witnesses to his bullying through the window.

Apparently I was remembering that the gun was tested for DNA and not fingerprints. The evidence adds up to the same.

Michale Brown had a gunshot wound to his hand that autopsy and forensics have shown could only occur if his hand was 1/4 inch or less away from the muzzle.

If Brown had succeeded in pushing the slide out of battery Wilson would not have been able to fire. I wonder if Brown knew that and was attempting to take the firearm out of the fight??

It would only take a few minutes for one of MSNBC's flunkies to call a few police stations and ASK what happens when a man is shot.

"Do thugs drop - like in the movies - one shot and down?"

If MSNBC shills researched this - and got the same answer from every police department..."no, real life isn't like the movies" they might just be able to add a little intelligence in their broadcast...
