They sure showed it again this week when a microphone cut out while a singer was belting out the 'Star Spangled Banner' before a Toronto Maple Leafs game with the Nashville Predators.
No worries, the Canadian fans knew the words, and they finished singing the U.S. anthem without missing a beat.
As an American, it is enough to make you proud -- and so very thankful for such good neighbors to the north.'

It is good to know our northern neighbor is good.
We will have less to worry about when we go to war with Mexico.
Whether that comes before, or during CW-II is debatable.

No “oops”...not everyone scans FR in its entirety nor are they on 24/7/365...although it seems like some are ;^).

That was absolutely awesome. We are lucky to have the Canadians as neighbors.
The canadiens know what we have and are beside themselves watching us be destroyed by enemies not of our country and allowing it to happen

I heard the crowd pick it up and shout it on the radio last night. You Canadians are more American than the United Stators who live South of you. There still is Hope that we will not Change!
I went to a baseball game in Puerto Rico once.
This girl had to sing both the National Anthem AND the Puerto Rican National Anthem (who knew they had one), which is about 3 times as long as ours.
Next time I’ll be getting to the ball park right after the first pitch.

My mother was Canadian by birth and she got her US citizenship the old fashioned way. You couldn’t find a more patriotic American.

My daughter-in-law is from Calgary. Been there. Good people, great country. Good on ya Canada, eh?
