Texas Sen. Ted Cruz said Sunday that President Obama refuses to accept that only Congress has the authority to establish federal immigration laws and that members should block the president’s nominees and some funding until he rescinds his executive action on the issue.
“This is a stunning and sad display by the president,” Cruz, a Republican, told “Fox News Sunday.” “We need to impose real consequence.”
Cruz suggested, as he has since Obama announced the executive action Thursday, that Congress should take action next year when Republicans, who already control the House, will also have the majority in the Senate.

You may be correct but a big deal was made in the media about him signing in Las Vegas, of course most of the enemedia will print what he tells them to.
Not to brag, but my recommendation, FROM THE OUTSET, has been that NO JUDGES (and possibly no others) be confirmed, until this lawlessness is undone.
That means if there is a vacancy on the Supreme Court, then the president is simply out of luck.

Yea, it’s an opening. Ideally Obama DOES NOT back down, Cruz wins in 2016, and gets to fill the bench with conservatives, and Cruz gets to invalidate this ‘Executive Order’, while, at the same time, having a REALLY NICE database of who is here illegally, so he can start cleaning up that problem.
Maybe, instead of putting our tails between our legs, we should look at the POSITIVE SIDE, for once.
Cut off the White Hut. Include zero dollars for Zero. Fire the staff, and servants and gardeners. Zero for Air Force 1, Marine 1, or anything else that this POS needs to live like an emperor....you want the third world pal...good, here it comes right to you.
