[history]
The Ferguson, Mo., grand jury considering the indictment of Officer Darren Wilson, who killed teenager Michael Brown during an altercation in August, left the justice center in St. Louis on Friday without reaching a decision.
Sources told CNN on Saturday that it was unclear when the jury would reconvene.

Well, who really wants to die for it? That’s the environment obama and holder have created.

Soaked in gasoline is no condition to be around those with matches.
I don't blame them a bit and they should become eligible for the witness protection and relocation program.

Wouldn’t you like to know what threats Eric Holder is making to these jurors if they return a No Bill?

The GJ is way past analyzing the evidence. It’s just about timing now. Maybe they’ll break the news on Black Friday and no one will show up and no pun intended.

Good question....not sure it’s true with Grand Jury indictments - I guess I”m a little behind on my Law & Order episodes.....

Can Obama issue an executive order indicting Wilson? I’m sure he’s thought about it...
To: bryan999
I understood a GJ had to have only X (9?) agree on an indictment vs. a petit jury that would have to be unanimous?
I’m surprised they were free to leave the courthouse (not sequestered) and that they could not only be readily ID’d by CNN, but that CNN can purport to know its deliberations. That’s not encouraging as to protecting the members of the jury when the SHTF.

Yah. They recognize that they shouldn’t even have been considering such an open/shut issue. No indictment valid.

And they are setting up barricades in front of the court house to announce “no decision”?

It is said a good prosecutor can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich.
If he failed to even get a decision, there will be no ham sammiches,
