Communist handout encourages St. Louis students to help shut campus, city down in wake of grand jury verdict

ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Students at Saint Louis University were handed a communist leaflet as they walked between classes Wednesday afternoon that declared “if the murdering pig walks, AMERIKKKA must be brought to a halt.”

The leaflet was distributed by two individuals associated with the Revolutionary Communist Party on Grand Boulevard, a busy street that intersects with the university’s quad and splits the two ends of the urban campus.

“If the decision is announced at night, the next day should be a day of NO BUSINESS AS USUAL at schools,” the leaflet stated. “Buildings on campus should be taken over, classes should become teach-ins on police murder of Black people. All this and more should be done.”

Non-inciteful leaflets. Just 1st Amendment free speech. Nothing to see here. Move along.

Obola needed an innocent cop for his community-organizing extravaganza.

An indictment would throw a real monkey-wrench into his plans.

Liberalism has been so wonderful for America.

I can see why we keep electing leftists to lead us.

For very selfish reasons, I see an up-side to an indictment.

First the aggrieved who still persist in rioting will be exposed as not caring one but about ‘justice’.

But also, everything will come out at the trial. By the time Zimmerman’s trial was over, only an ignorant fool would still think he was guilty...the same would happen here.

Shouting “Fire” in a crowded theater, when in fact no actual fire exists, is not protected speech. And those who make such proclamations should be held liable, under the civil code, for the damages sustained.

Damaging statements, when untrue, are of the same sort of mischief as waving an unloaded firearm in the process of visiting injury upon another, or compelling forced action by an unwilling participant.

This cannot end well.

It might be fun to see that lying little weasel Dorian Johnson on the stand.

I’ve got a great idea.

Why don’t you volunteer to be prosecuted for a crime you didn’t commit to show us how it works.

Holder would hold an investigation into the grand jury if there was an indictment.

Everything is riding on a no-bill.

Problem is, a trial wouldn’t (shouldn’t) last more than a few minutes. After the GJ has spent 100+ days trying & failing to find _something_ to prosecute Wilson with, an “we indict him anyway” verdict will (should) result in the judge looking at the case and throwing it out as not viable. GJs exist to prevent wasting the court’s time with unwinnable/baseless cases.

Sounds like the potential to be a target rich environment. Hope everyone gets a chance to bag a 40 point buck.

All these racist fools in Fergie are the same ones that believe Z was still guilty. You cannot reason with the stupid savages. You can only beat them down when they act out. They operate on primal instinct, so only a beating gets their attention.

Exactly. With Zimmerman, we saw that the star witness was a mound of Jello. I’m sure Dorian Johnson would squirm like crazy on a witness stand.

Agreed. But this is now political theater more than a court case. IIRC, no grand jury indicted Zimmerman either.

I think what is taking so long is that, terrorized by the threats of the savages, the grand jury is trying to find a reason, despite a mountain of evidence and testimony to the contrary, to issue an indictment to get themselves off the hook and let some trial judge take the heat for a decision based on the evidence.

“Hey, I fully admit its a selfish notion.”

Sounds good to me.

I volunteer you to be prosecuted for a crime you didn’t commit because I have selfish notions.

I want to expose the evils of show trials.

See how easy that was.

You do understand with show trials at some point they actually have to get convictions to give credibility to what they are doing.

Careful what you wish for you might just get it.

Good point. Plus eventually the rioting has to stop - the worthless rioters will have no more businesses to loot and are too lazy (and broke) to move on to other locations to steal from - a year long wait for a trial might calm things down a bit.
