WASHINGTON, D.C. -- As the Affordable Care Act's second open enrollment period begins, 37% of Americans say they approve of the law, one percentage point below the previous low in January. Fifty-six percent disapprove, the high in disapproval by one point.

The 37% who approve are those who are getting it all for free.
Even more scary: It might include those of us who haven’t yet seen an impact from it as well. If so, 37% is a very low number.

The theory was all puppy dogs and flowers.
The facts are stolen freedoms because of any disposable cash after paying the bills is not there.
But, but, but...Rahm Emmanuel said that everyone would start liking it once the law was in place and in force, just like Social Security and Medicare.
37% seems to be Obola’s floor at the moment. I think that floor will be pierced when the business mandate starts to be felt and people actually begin to feel the effects of high deductibles and co-pays.
