SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Idaho was among seven states where the number of unauthorized immigrants increased between 2009 and 2012, according to a report released Tuesday by the Pew Research Center.
The report also found the number of unauthorized immigrants decreased in 14 states, including Oregon, in that time period. The number stayed relatively stable in the remaining states, including Washington.
Nationally, the number of unauthorized immigrants remained stable at 11.2 million between 2009 and 2012, the report found. The number of such immigrants peaked in 2007 at 12.2 million, the report said.
But changes occurred within states. Idaho, for instance, grew from 35,000 unauthorized immigrants in 2009 to 50,000 in 2012, an increase of 15,000 people. Idaho's growth was "driven by increases in unauthorized immigrants from countries other than Mexico," the report said.

I bet it is only southern Idaho in tater country. Why would they live in the panhandle and Montana side. Not enough cattle ranches to hire them.

That seems to rely on a premise that they went there to look for work.
I wouldn't discount the possibility that they're being sent there to weaken a conservative voter base.

Two new families recently moved into my neighborhood one from Dubai and one a retired physician from Pakistan. Both families are extremely gracious, always bringing some ethnic food over for me to sample. They are an asset to the community.

What is surprising is that this isn’t an area you would suspect those folks would desire. Someone has told them to spread out and occupy the nation. New England is having trouble, now the Northern states are being occupied too.

Don’t let the media elites brainwash you with their Edward Bernays propaganda. This is why they ply us with their PC. They want to change our cultural mindset to keep our embedded American culture weak and ashamed of itself. PC is about power not benevolence.
I’ve seen what the illegals have done to impoverish and create crappy junk and crime ridden little towns in Idaho.
