If they entered the USA illegally they are law-breakers, OUTLAWS. They should FIRST be jailed, THEN sent back to their native country.

IMHO, the jail time is a MUST. Otherwise they will just get free rides to and from Central America. If they get put in the SLAMMER for six months, they WILL think twice about returning to the USA.
