To fix government in the United States Congress, state legislatures, and local elected government councils must take back the power of lawmaking and rule making from unelected bureaucrats, boards, and commissions. Any law, rule, or regulation limiting the freedom of an individual must be the result of an actual vote of the representatives of the people, not an edict from the judiciary or the executive.

Have I missed it, or is there a SINGLE County Clerk who has REFUSED to issue a marriages license to same sex couples? I saw one Judge who resigned rather than comply.

But, that's avoidance. What is required is RESISTANCE.
