A core of community organizers is behind the 45 organizations placing demands on the policing agencies in St. Louis County.
As the Grand Jurys decision concerning Officer Darren Wilson is awaited, Dont Shoot Coalition (DSC) is preparing its role in street demonstrations likely to come in the wake of an anticipated No True Bill.
The sub-culture of progressive social activism is organic. Its alliances evolve and dissolve, only to reconstitute under changed names, but with unchanged ideologies.
The internet facilitates the proliferation of evolving variations of front groups. Many of their websites have on-line donation solicitation capability. The larger, more permanent organizations have 501(c)(3) status, and some have millions of dollars to share with cash-poor community activism enterprises. Those money transfers are often hard to track.
It is not just a challenge to keep track of whos who without a scorecard its a struggle to even define the scorecard. Persons and groups shift, adjust to circumstances, and are quick to take advantage of a crisis. They are, in short, agile as well as committed.
With that in mind, these questions are among those that merit consideration:
Who is on the Dont Shoot Coalition (DSC) membership list?
Who are among the DSCs leading operatives and organizations?
What key support groups are not on the DSC list?

Here is a link to the reporting and analysis of the war liberals waged at the Wisconsin state capital against Gov. Scott Walker; July 6, 2011 - J.R. Dunn: Democrats Unveil the Weapon of the Future. In it Dunn coins "liberal superstructure" and believes that the assault and siege of the capital building in Wisconsin was a test of this liberal superstructure.
Here's what their Syndicalism (network) looks like (be sure to note that the "Syndicalism" link is to the first page and that each listed group [500] has links to more links). It truly is a massive, interconnected superstructure - designed to hide as well as to explode into a massive "rent a mob" (as it is often referred to).
This looks xlnt.
Bump to read about 45 commorg groups tomorrow
Hmmm. I'd like to tap in and siphon off some of that dough. They can't afford to vet potential recipient orgs too closely or they'd expose their operations.
Forecasts of cold weather for the next few days would suggest the grand jury may release its decision this week.
Like Obamacare, the means don’t matter. Only the goal matters. They can lie, whip up false claims and sacrifice innocent people to achieve their goals. And in this case it is all about power and money for the race hustlers. Very vile evil people.
Is it possible, that after six full years, America is finally waking up to discover what the job function of a ‘community organizer’ actually is and that we are seeing community organizers at work, doing their normal day to day jobs in Ferguson.
I went look for the general job description of a community organizer:
Responsibilities
Perform community organizing tasks, mobilize members for meetings and hearings, organize community outreach events, develop volunteer outreach plan, supervise activities and maintain volunteer database, work with organizational lawyer to implement organizing efforts related to legal initiatives, assist in organizing and implementing publicity, update media contacts database, coordinate outreach and distribute publications, provide leadership training for member groups and community members.
Works with member groups to: provide talking points, organizational assistance, provide research help, and provide technical support for advocacy efforts.
Man communications within the organization, write and edit the newsletter, assist with publication efforts, and update the website.
To do all of this....they want you to have a bachelor’s degree. I’m mostly shaking my head. I could teach some guy with a high school degree to do all of this for $25k a year. Why would you pay some college grad $60k a year?
Link to article regarding a (ahem ... cough cough) teacher? of Ferguson youth ... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2829375/Texas-teacher-fired-racist-tweet-Ferguson-police-shooting-raged-white-detractors-kill-themselves.html
my error ... the link is regarding a Texas teacher ... not Ferguson teacher.
“...they want you to have a bachelors degree.”
That’s because it’s an affirmative action position. Most junior high school kids from decent parents have experience to do that job from fund raising.
As near as I can tell, the organizers of this “action” want police to be sitting ducks in the next “protest”. In particular, there have been calls for violence against police who are only supposed to observe.
Any of these groups been audited?
You read my mind - the one thing that will put a halt to this nonsense is the weather. They are predicting lows in the 20’s this week - it would be perfect timing.
If you look back to the August riots, they stopped when thunderstorms and rain moved in.
“Very, very evil people.”
Nah.
Just revolutionaries who further the revolution they deem to be all good and who consider anything that furthers it virtuous.
IMHO
By Obama’s IRS? You are joking, right?
Useful idiots.
The OBS Freedom Agenda states they want to “fight to advance beyond capitalism, which has demonstrated its structural incapacity to address basic human needs worldwide and, in particular, for the needs of Black people” — and then they have the audacity to claim that they are acting “In the spirit of Booker T. Washington” when it comes to “Cooperative Economics”?
Washington received considerable scorn, even in his own day, because he believed the way for Black people to change the culture was to SHUN political activity, IN FAVOR OF capitalism. Washington is still the “go-to guy” when black leaders want to scorn the idea of capitalism working for black Americans. The fact that the OBS puts him at the head of their list in their “cooperative Economics” section is mind boggling.
Talk about trusting in the stupidity of the American people!
