Who needs legislators when you have executive orders and Supreme Judicial rulers who will legislate for us.

All of our immigration and tourism laws should be retaliatory.

In other words we should simply reflect back whatever another country's laws are regarding our citizens.

That way there can be no complaints, and in general, would be a lot tougher than they are now.

If China allows our citizens 10 years, we should allow the same.
