Obama will push and push, daring congress to impeach him knowing that it will never happen because of the race card he holds. It's just a matter of him testing the limits of how far he can go in the next two years.

Dealing with Obama is like dealing with a 16 year old kid. I predict civil unrest next year. It’s what Obama has always wanted anyway. Right now, he’s being President for about 35% of the country and illegal immigrants. His leadership decisions go right into the teeth of the wind of what most voters want. When he grants amnesty he’s going to peeve about 65% of the country off who will immediately call for this action to thwart Obama’s move. Mix in the phoney Ferguson story, Al Sharpton, Obama stem winder speeches, and a compliant media, and the Civil unrest will be on.

Obama is conducting psychological warfare with the new congress and it hasn’t even been sworn in yet.
He isn’t about to let the legislature take back its constitutional prerogative to create laws and policies that he will be expected to follow.
He is in a rush to issue his Executive Order before the new Congress is sworn in so it will he setting the agenda, not the new congress.
They will be faced with a fait accompli rather than having the opportunity to craft policy from scratch.
In effect, the new immigration laws will already have been legislated by Obama no matter what they do in congress.
