Wow, an Obamabot is against executive amnesty?

Is Axelrod off the plantation? Are his taxes in order? He should expect a call from the IRS shortly.

Even though he doesn’t work for Obama anymore, he can never leave completely. Sort of like the Mafia is reputed to be.

Dave, get those tax records ready.

No point. The Narcissist-in-Chief is the smartest man in the room. And he is now unbridled. NO ONE is going to tell Bammy what to do anymore!

As sage as that advice to Obama might be, the Obama stain that Axelrod helped spill on this nation’s fabric can never be removed and no amount of now-academic self reflection or of reputation rehabilitation can erase that fact. He belongs in a 1950s black and white porno, frankly.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Clinton wing comes out against executive amnesty. They can read the 2014 tealeaves and realize that Hillary can't run on something that 75% of voters oppose

Considering his current post at the Chicago Institute of Politics, Axelrod is still part of the machine officially.

Rahm and other senior people also said to stop Obamacare and doing something smaller and more popular...after Massachusetts when to Brown in 2009. He ignored all advice and went all in...destroying his party in the process. I expect no different.

The Democrats who care more about the Democrat Party than Obama are the ones who need to rein him in.

Obama is the head of the Obama Party, not the Democrat Party. How many Democrats have bitten the dust to enact Obama’s agenda?

Obama won’t need an executive order, the Republican Senate will “work with him” on this one. Many in the new GOP Senate majority are just as eager to push amnesty and open the borders even wider, as long as they can take some of the “credit” for it. Every time there’s a GOP victory, it’s a pattern of campaigning as conservatives and governing like liberals. As long as it’s one of their guys doing it, it’s all well and good seems to be the rule.

Axelrod has got a nose for political expediency. On one hand, I hope the big O listens; on the other, I hope does not.

This looks like good news. Obola is a malignant narcissist. The fact that Axelrod LITERALLY pulled off a miracle for him in 2012, I would wager a small fortune that Obola never forgave him for the things Axelrod demanded he do in order to get that reelection.

One big reason Axelrod moved on is probably because he realized that Obola only wanted four more years in a mansion he couldn’t afford on his own.

If anything could galvanize Obola into pulling the trigger on state-sponsored invasion (exec amnesty), Axelrod could do it.

WTF?

" The nonpartisan Institute of Politics at the University of Chicago is an extracurricular program designed to ignite in young people a passion for politics and public service.

Our Programs

Three programs form the core of the Institute: A visiting Fellows program where political officials, policymakers, journalists and others involved in politics and policy share their experiences with students and others over an academic quarter; an expanded set of policy and public interest internships; and a continuous series of public speakers discussing current events and political life.

Our Story

The idea for the Institute of Politics grew out of the lifelong experiences of its founding director, David Axelrod AB ’76, an accomplished political journalist, strategist and policy advisor, and his core belief that participation is essential to a vital, healthy democracy. Inspired by his own work with young people through various political campaigns and by the example of Harvard University’s Institute of Politics, Axelrod sought to establish a non-partisan program in Chicago that would provide students with opportunities to engage directly with the ideas, people and processes that shape politics today."

The Dems are in a real dilema. Support Obama by voting for unpopular programs or go against him and get hammered back home. Eitherway, they are in a pickle.
